How It Works
Each driver gets a QR code they can scan to submit an incident, even while still on their route. The form captures everything from disruptive behavior to safety violations and uploads it directly into RouteHub.
Administrators can then access the report and select a “request video” button if needed. The system then tracks when each report is addressed and resolved.
